Shadow of the Beast.


On this project I was focused on the frontend and in game menus.

I was inspired by Aarbron’s claws, using them as the basis for the input bar and titles. We also brought them into the smoky vignette to give a sense of encroaching darkness and Aarbron slowly clawing at the screen.

The colour palette was kept minimal to work alongside the clean HUD elements but grunge was added to the backgrounds and elements to mirror the blood splatter in game.
